ZoomInfo is a great collaboration tool in the sales department. It's great for determining prospected clients as it provides information from all angles. It provides information such as organization, provides information on what type of hardware and software they currently utilize, etc. We have integrated this tool with our CRM which helps us to collect detailed information about the accounts and prospects, identify the high-value accounts and optimize the sales cycle.

  • Limited options for integrations, you need to use tools like Automate.io in most cases.
  • Mobile access is missing.
  • Little better insight would be possible.
ZoomInfo Chat is well suited for the companies to increase the conversations both internal and external issues. It helps to shorten the sales cycle. The tool is very economical, thus it's great for early stage startups or small and medium businesses. This tool helps to improve the customer service experience as you are just a chat away.

We have tried a few different chat options previously but Zoominfo chat is what we settled on. It was really simple to set up and integrated well with other tools (like Slack and Hubspot) that we use alongside it. I think this is a fantastic tool to have if you want to work on your Account-based Marketing strategy. We have identified prospects with it (which converted) that we would not have been able to otherwise. We use it to build up targeted chats based on properties we identified earlier and we route conversations to our Business Development team when we feel that it is maturing enough to pursue the lead. Overall it has been a fantastic addition to our sales funnel.
  • It is really great at integrations. We were able to plug in Slack without breaking a sweat. And it works really well with our other tools as well.
  • Implementation and setup was very easy and smooth. I actually anticipated it to be a lot bumpier but I was surprised at how quickly and smoothly it went.
  • They have a great support team too. Anytime we have gotten in touch with them, we have had a great experience.
  • Getting it to work on my mobile phone was a pain point. I just gave up after a while.
  • More integrations would be nice. Don't get me wrong, what it does, it does well. But the integration options are still limited.
If you are looking for a chat tool to significantly improve your sales funnel, then you really should at the very least give Zoominfo Chat a look. It has solid automation options and works great with other sales tools. However, based on your team size and your product market, the pricing might not work for everyone. Aside from that, I would absolutely recommend checking it out.

  • Lead to improved conversions, our teams are talking to the right people more frequently with Zoominfo Chat.
  • Setup and implementation time was minimal so there was no loss of productivity.
We looked at a few alternatives (including Slintel) but felt the product, capabilities, integrations and pricing of Zoominfo chat worked better for us. We also felt we would get better after-sales support from Zoominfo Chat.

Insent along with my HubSpot has really helped me personalize the experience for my ABM strategy. Insent has a seamless integration with HubSpot which has really helped us to identify and keep tabs on our prospects.

Insent is great for chat purposes and in companies where there is a need for a fast response. It's great for engaging with visitors and converting them. The integrations really help to make the experience better for our prospects.
